App Re-Design
Be Movil is a multiservice wallet that operates throughout Colombia, providing access to digital services for a large number of users. For this project, Be Movil has hired me as a freelancer to support and enhance the company's user experience and visual design, aiming to elevate the overall quality of the product and services.
Design Process
Based on my experience, one of my favorite tools for defining and creating products is the use of a flowchart tool. Together with Isabel, the co-founder of the company, we understand the entire user journey and define new features. Once the entire flow is clear, I propose to the company to create the entire product in grayscale using high-fidelity wireframes. Finally, we aim to establish a new, modern, and vibrant look and feel."

It illustrates the user journey, interactions, and decision points, providing a comprehensive overview of the product's functionality. Flowcharts aid designers in mapping out and optimizing the user experience, ensuring a logical and intuitive navigation process.
Wireframes
I proposed to the company, assuming the role of the sole designer for the entire app, to create the entire product in grayscale. This approach helps avoid getting bogged down by small details such as color and icons in the early stages. The new Be Movil App was approved in high-fidelity grayscale wireframes, allowing us to progress with the final design after approximately four iterations.
